Exercise Physiologist
Lee Spiteri
Lee is our in-house Exercise Physiologist. Lee graduated with a Masters in Exercise Rehabilitation from Victoria University and now works with us here at Thrive.
Lee specialises in injury prevention and injury management and can also help with a wide range of chronic health conditions including obesity, diabetes management, rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, falls prevention, diabetes management, cardiovascular fitness, lower back pain and musculoskeletal injuries.
Exercise physiology may be covered by your private health insurance provider, through Medicare under the Chronic Disease Management scheme, through WorkCover to assist with acute and chronic work-related injuries and through the Department of Veteran Affairs.
Lee also plays football with the Barwon Heads Football & Netball Club, enjoys surfing and can be found most mornings training his clients here at Thrive.

Physiotherapist
Minh Vu
Minh Vu completed his Bachelor of Health Sciences & Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University in 2016 and now works at Warralily Family Medical Centre and with us here at Thrive.
Minh has a passion for bodybuilding and powerlifting and is a physiotherapist who actually lifts and understands the importance of staying physically strong and active.
Minh understands the gym and how to safely and appropriately incorporate resistance training to help facilitate recovery from injury.
Minh can help with recovery programs and is available to take patients through their program here at Thrive.
Minh has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and can help with sports physiotherapy, gym rehabilitation, technique coaching, cupping and massage therapy.
Minh also offers a 20% discount to Thrive members.

Felixa Asade
Meet Felixa!
Felixa completed her Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science majoring in Strength and Conditioning in 2020, and Cert IV in Nutrition in 2022. She is currently pursing her Masters in Physiotherapy.

Felixa's passion lies in helping people transform their lives through fitness. She enjoys anatomy and biomechanics, ensuring that you not only reach your goals but do so with the right techniques to maximise results and prevent injury.

Felixa offers personalised one-on-one personal training sessions, both in-person and online. Her comprehensive services include tailored meal plans, effective weight loss strategies, muscle-building programs, and rehab programs for recovery and injury prevention.

Meet Nathan!
Nathan is a personal trainer who specialises in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and sport-specific training.
Nathan is all about functional fitness - training movements that help you stay active and injury free in everyday life. His goal is to help you move better and feel stronger, so you can live your best life and make lasting changes to your health and fitness.
When Nathan is not in the gym, he can usually be found at DC Jiu Jitsu or having a hit of tennis. He loves having a chat about your hobbies to explore how best to create workouts that suit your lifestyle.

Brendan McCallum
Meet Brendan!
Brendan has completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement & Cert IV in Fitness.

His areas of expertise include fat loss, muscle development, strength and conditioning, and athlete development.

Brendan’s approach to training is a no-nonsense, best bang for your buck model. This has been refined over the years to get people working harder and smarter.

Brendan’s approach is to incorporate key lifts (squats, deadlifts, rows, presses) to efficiently assist with both fat loss and muscle development. Combined with creating a healthy relationship with food this system has produced results for many of Brendan’s clients.

Brendan also has experience working
with amateur athletes to improve their athletic abilities by helping them get stronger, more agile and more injury resilient.

Karin Hagberg
Meet Karin!
Karin brings a wealth of experience and a deep-seated passion for helping people to her role at Thrive24-7. Originally from Sweden, where she represented her country at the World Rowing Championships, Karin moved to Australia to continue her journey in fitness and wellness. She holds a Swedish Degree in Sports Education, complemented by certifications in Pilates (matwork and reformer), Yoga, and Remedial Massage Therapy.
Karin is also an accomplished author of "Body Awakening – Balance your body, mind, and spirit with Pilates and an active lifestyle" and has produced several Pilates DVDs. As a Personalised Health & Epigenetic Coach, she utilises cutting-edge techniques to develop wellness programs that are tailored to the unique DNA of her clients. Her extensive training includes certifications as an NLP Master Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Life and Wellness Coach.
